1 pound | raw, peeled shrimp |
Juice from 1 half lemon | |
2 tablespoons | Weber® Bold Chipotle Seasoning |
2 tablespoons | unsalted butter |
2 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
5 | cloves of garlic, minced |
Place shrimp in a medium mixing bowl and squeeze the half lemon on the shrimp and give it a little stir. Next, add the Weber Bold Chipotle Seasoning and stir it up so all the shrimp are nicely coated. Set aside.
Heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. When the butter is melted, add the garlic. Cook slowly, stirring often until the garlic just starts to brown (be careful not to go too quickly or the garlic will burn). Add the shrimp to the pan and cook about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon it over some rice or mix in some pasta, and enjoy!
