Get your grill hot. We will be using direct medium heat. Slice the squash and zucchini into about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick slices. Brush with vegetable oil. Sprinkle on the Weber Carne Asada Seasoning. Coat each slice evenly. Then turn the slices over. Brush with the vegetable oil, and season.
Place on the grill over direct heat. The times vary depending on your grill, so watch them closely the first time so the don’t burn. Grill for about 5 minutes per side, until they are colored nicely and tender. If they reach the color you want but are still not as tender as you would like, you can just move them to the indirect side of your grill and close the lid for a few minutes until they are done to your liking.
