Ingredients
- 1 Pork tenderloin
- Weber Coffee Rub
- 1 TBSP Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Before you go to bed, rub your pork loin down with a tablespoon of vegetable oil and coat that liberally with Weber Coffee Rub. Cover and put it in the fridge until you’re ready to eat the next day.
- Let it come to room temperature by taking it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before you plan to cook it. Light your grill; we want a medium heat. Put the pork on the grill over direct heat and turn about every 5 minutes for 20 to 30 minutes until the internal temp is about 150 degrees. (If you like yours more done, you can go to 160 degrees or so.) When it’s at your desired internal temperature, pull it off the grill, let it rest at least 5 minutes, slice, and serve!
