2/3 cup | light mayonnaise |
3 Tbsp | sugar |
3 tsp | vinegar |
1 tsp | Tone’s® Lemon Pepper Seasoning |
16 oz (1 bag) | coleslaw |
2 | green onions, thinly sliced |
1/2 | red pepper, finely chopped |
1 Tbsp | pickled jalapeños, diced and drained |
1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and the Tone’s® Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Set aside.
2. In a medium sized bowl, toss the coleslaw, green onions, bell pepper and jalapeño peppers until well combined. Add the mayonnaise dressing. Mix until well coated.
3. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
