16 oz. | penne pasta |
1/3 cup | olive oil |
1/3 cup | Tone’s® Italian Spaghetti Seasoning |
1 tsp. | Tone’s® Granulated Garlic |
3 Tbsp. | olive oil |
3/4 cup | pine nuts OR chopped walnuts |
1/3 cup | dry bread crumbs |
1/3 cup | freshly shredded Parmesan cheese |
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Drain and mix with 1/3 cup oil. Place in a large serving bowl. Set aside.
3. Mix the Italian spaghetti seasoning, granulated garlic, 3 tablespoons olive oil and pine nuts in a small skillet. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes until pine nuts begin to brown.
4. Pour over pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle wth bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Serve immediately.
