|16 oz.||penne pasta|
|1/3 cup||olive oil|
|1/3 cup||Tone’s® Italian Spaghetti Seasoning|
|1 tsp.||Tone’s® Granulated Garlic|
|3 Tbsp.||olive oil|
|3/4 cup||pine nuts OR chopped walnuts|
|1/3 cup||dry bread crumbs|
|1/3 cup||freshly shredded Parmesan cheese|
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Drain and mix with 1/3 cup oil. Place in a large serving bowl. Set aside.
3. Mix the Italian spaghetti seasoning, granulated garlic, 3 tablespoons olive oil and pine nuts in a small skillet. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes until pine nuts begin to brown.
4. Pour over pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle wth bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Serve immediately.
