Honey Garlic Rubbed Brussels Sprouts


  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion, julienned
  • 4 heaping tablespoons Weber Honey Garlic Rub


  1. Pre-heat oven to 325. Cut the stems off the sprouts and remove any loose leaves. In a large bowl, combine the sprouts, oil, onion, and Weber Honey Garlic Rub. Stir until sprouts are well-coated.
  2. Pour it all out on a foil lined baking sheet, and bake between 25 and 35 minutes (depending on the size of your Brussels Sprouts). Give a stir every 10 minutes or so, and keep an eye on them so they don't burn. When they are done to your liking, remove and serve hot!
