|4||rib eye OR strip steaks (10 to 12 ounces each)|
|4 tablespoons||Weber® Coffee Rub|
|Red Wine Mushroom Sauce|
|5 tablespoons||butter, divided|
|1/2 cup||diced onion|
|2 cloves||garlic, minced|
|8 ounces||sliced mushrooms|
|1 teaspoon||Weber® Coffee Rub|
|1/2 cup||red wine|
Generously coat steaks with rub. Grill over Direct Medium heat for 12 to 16 minutes, turning once. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes.
While steaks are cooking, melt 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet. Add onions and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, 1 teaspoon rub and sugar. Cook until mushrooms are almost tender. Add wine and cook over medium heat until wine is reduced to about half. Gradually stir in remaining 3 tablespoons butter. Serve over steaks.
