Honey Garlic Salmon Almondine

Makes: 4 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Marinate time: 20 minutes

1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
To taste Weber® Honey Garlic Rub
1 tablespoon oil
4 fillets fresh salmon

Melt butter in a large skillet; add almonds and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon seasoning. Cook until almonds are lightly browned. Remove from heat and pour into small bowl.

Wipe out skillet and add oil. Add salmon and cook on medium heat. Season generously with Honey Garlic Rub. Turn when salmon is browned. Cook until fish is cooked through and flakes easily. Top with reserved almond mixture and serve immediately.
