1/2 cup | lime juice |
1-1/2 to 2 lbs | salmon |
12-6″ | flour tortillas |
1 | avocado, sliced |
1/4 | head lettuce, shredded |
2 | tomatoes, diced |
1 | small red onion, diced |
6 | sprigs cilantro, chopped |
8 oz | mixed jack and cheddar cheeses, shredded |
BBQ Sour Cream (see recipe below) |
BBQ Sour Cream
2 Tbsp | Weber Just Add Juice™ – Original BBQ Marinade |
1 Tbsp | tomato juice |
1 Tbsp | lime juice |
1 cup | sour cream |
Combine marinade mix with lime juice in a resealable plastic bag, mix well. Add salmon, turning to coat. Place sealed bag in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer, turning bag occasionally. Remove salmon, and discard remaining marinade. Grill on preheated cooking grates. Place salmon in tortillas along with avocado, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and cheese. Drizzle with BBQ Sour Cream.
BBQ Sour Cream
Combine all ingredients.
