| 10 oz | cooked black beans |
| 1 | small red pepper, diced |
| 1/4 | jalapeno pepper, diced |
| 4 oz | whole kernel corn |
| 1/4 tsp | cilantro, chopped |
| 1/4 | avocado, diced |
| 1/4 cup | lime juice |
| 1 tsp | Weber® Kansas City BBQ Rub |
