Grilled Chicken and Italian Veggie Salad

Ingredients

  • chicken breast
  • Weber® Kick 'N Chicken Seasoning as needed
    Italian Veggie Salad
  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 32 ounces Terra Verde Marinated Artichoke Hearts, halved
  • 32 ounces BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Balls, quartered
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 3 cucumbers peeled, seeded and diced
  • 2 large lemons, juiced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Tone’s® Italian Seasoning
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Generously sprinkle chicken breast with Weber® Kick 'N Chicken Seasoning
  2. Grill until an internal temperature of 160° is reached
