Italian Veggie Salad
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
- 32 ounces Terra Verde Marinated Artichoke Hearts, halved
- 32 ounces BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella Balls, quartered
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 3 cucumbers peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 large lemons, juiced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Tone’s® Italian Seasoning
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Generously sprinkle chicken breast with Weber® Kick 'N Chicken Seasoning
- Grill until an internal temperature of 160° is reached
