6-7 oz | Steelhead Salmon fillets |
2 Tbsp | olive oil |
1 Tbsp | Tone’s® Southwest Chipotle |
Rub Salmon Fillets with olive oil and Tone’s Southwest Chipotle Seasoning. Place in refridgerator until time to grill.
3 oz | whole kernel corn |
2 oz | red onion, diced small |
3 oz | toasted pecans, chopped |
2 oz | fresh bacon bits |
1 tsp | Tone’s® Parsley Flakes |
2 tsp | Tone’s® Southwest Chipotle |
4 oz | olive oil |
2 oz | white vinegar |
3 oz | granulated sugar |
1. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Refridgerate for 1 hour before serving.
2. Grill Salmon on pre-heated grill. Top with a nice serving of relish. Goes great with fresh mashed potatoes or rice.
