Candied Pecans

1/2 lb pecans
1 cup brown sugar
6 Tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp Tone’s® Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
Tone’s® Sea Salt, to taste
splash of water

1. Toast pecans in sauté pan over medium high heat until fragrant.

2. Add butter to melt and coat pecans.

3. Add cinnamon, salt and ginger and coat.

4. Add brown sugar and partially melt.

5. Add vanilla and splash over water to evenly coat pecans.

6. Turn out on to sheet to cool.
