| 1-1/2 to 2 pounds | flank OR flat iron steak |
| 3 tablespoons | Weber® Coffee Rub |
| Quick Mole Sauce | |
| 1 tablespoon | Mazola® Corn Oil |
| 1/4 cup | diced onion |
| 1 cup | mild salsa |
| 1 teaspoon | cocoa powder |
| 1 teaspoon | brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | Weber® Coffee Rub |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon |
| 1/8 teaspoon | Spice Islands® Chipotle Chile Powder |
Generously coat steaks with 3 tablespoons rub. Grill over Direct Medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes.
While steaks are cooking, heat oil in a medium saucepan. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes. Add salsa, cocoa, brown sugar, 1 teaspoon rub, cinnamon and chipotle. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Thinly slice steak and serve with Quick Mole Sauce.
