Southwest Rub

For skirt steak, brisket and loin

2 Tbsp Tone’s®Ground Cumin Seed
2 Tbsp Tone’s® Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Tone’s® Spanish Style Paprika
2 Tbsp Tone’s® Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Tone’s® Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Tone’s® Oregano
1 Tbsp Tone’s® Onion Powder
1 tsp Tone’s® Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Tone’s® Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Tone’s® Crushed Red Pepper
1 tsp Tone’s® Cayenne Pepper

Combine ingredients together in a small bowl. Dust meat with rub.
