Wet and Dry Steak Rubs

Steak Dry Rub
¼ cup Tone’s® Cumin
¼ cup Tone’s® Paprika
¼ cup Tone’s® Chili Powder
1/8 cup Tone’s® Cayenne Pepper
¼ cup Tone’s® Granulated Garlic
1/8 cup Tone’s® Salt
1/8 cup Tone’s® Pepper
2 tablespoons oil—optional

Combine all spice ingredients and blend well. Pat meat with rub before grilling.

Steak Wet Rub
Same spices as dry rub above plus:
1 tablespoon Sambal
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
½ bottle of beer

Add all ingredients to dry spices and whisk together. Dredge meat in rub before grilling.
