Garlic Sriracha Fries
|3||large russet potatoes|
|1 gallon||vegetable or canola oil for frying|
|1/2 cup||Tone’s® Garlic Sriracha seasoning|
Cut potatoes into ½-inch sticks. Wash thoroughly in cold water, then dry on a paper towel. Deep-fry until golden brown; about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove potatoes from fryer and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle potatoes with sriracha seasoning; toss to coat. Plate and serve.
