Garlic Sriracha Fries
3 | large russet potatoes |
1 gallon | vegetable or canola oil for frying |
1/2 cup | Tone’s® Garlic Sriracha seasoning |
Cut potatoes into ½-inch sticks. Wash thoroughly in cold water, then dry on a paper towel. Deep-fry until golden brown; about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove potatoes from fryer and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle potatoes with sriracha seasoning; toss to coat. Plate and serve.
